Thank you so much for considering commissioning me! This page outlines my commission process, terms, and all the way at the bottom links to a google form to notify me you want a commission! After putting in your personal info and a brief summary of what you want, I will send you some rough concept sketches

Note: this example includes pricing reduced from my usual rates because the commissioner was a student. However, all thumbnail sheets like this for digital art will include an estimate for each sketch based on how much time I think it'll take me! In the commission farm, you can select piece complexity according to your goal for the final piece and price range, and these thumbnails will always reflect this. Next, I'll send you a sketch of the full size piece, usually with color blocking or black and white value blocking that will later be adjusted to fit the reference image colors.

You'll let me know if everything looks good to you, and if it does, I'll start working! If not, we'll just communicate and troubleshoot until it looks just right; I want to make sure you're happy with the final product, and I won't be able to change much of the general design after this point, so don't be afraid to speak up! After you approve of the sketch, I'll send you occassional WIPs and updates, just to make sure everything's still going well.

Finally, I'll send you a picture of the finished product! Once everything looks good, you pay me! This will be the final step of receiving your finished digital piece. If the piece is traditional, I'll ship it to your address after payment (I can also do dropoff for the Greater Austin Area).

Terms of service

I , as the artist, reserve full rights and ownership of the artwork. I reserve the right to repost, use and sell created art in digital or physical forms. You, as the commissioner, reserve the right to use and display the final product in whatever way you want, including social media (with proper credit).

I can accept or deny any given commission for any reason; please do not commission me if you plan on requesting NFT art or work pertaining to messages of bigotry, violence, defamation to or sexualization of another person, or hate of any sort, I will not accept any commissions related to these themes or give you any later work if you initially request something with these concepts.

All prices given are estimates and something may cost slightly more or less depending on how much time it takes.

I accept payment through cash, check, paypal, or venmo(not preferred bc I technically don't have an account yet, ill make one if necessary though ;v;).

Once this form is submitted, I will email you a confirmation of your order and invoice upon completion. Please respond and confirm this is the order you want along with any additional details. If you want a more complex piece, I can't change critical details after I start rendering whichever sketch you prefer, so feedback at this early point is essential!

Payment is upon completion for digital pieces, half up front half upon completion for traditional pieces; refunds can be requested at any time, but it is unlikely you will get a full refund if the work has already been started (this can be negotiated based on the circumstances).

If you select a traditional piece (canvas, paper, sculpture, fiber, etc.), this order form will be for a physical product, which can be either delivered in person or mailed depending on where you live. This can be determined over email, and shipping is free for anything with its larges dimension under 16". Pieces on paper canvas require special care not to be folded or bent when shipping, but I will usually try and ship those flat to avoid as much damage as possible.

If you select a digital piece (digital art, animation, web design), this order form will be for a digital file, which I can convert to whatever file type you need it in and send to you.
